The IORA Secretary makes two important communicatons. Annunced that the Workshop on “Advancing Cooperation in Marine Science and Technology Innovationhas” been canceled, and South Africa’s Special Fund Application is withdrawn. The Secretariat also advises that the 4th WGSTI is postponed and new dates for the proposed online meeting will be communicated in due course. Any inconvenience due to the postponement is regretted.
