With the significant growth of whale and dolphin watching tourism, the Sustainable Whale and Dolphin Watching Tourism Network was launched in 2016 with a dedicated workshop co-hosted by the Sri Lankan and Australian governments.

This network aims to bring together IORA countries to share information, support capacity building and provide access to expertise to ensure the economic, social and environmental sustainability of whale and dolphin tourism in the region.

We are delighted to renew discussions and sharing within the network and invite you to take part.
