An interesting conference on “Fisheries and European Standards” was staged as part of the 13th edition of the Diplomacy Festival, which has just ended. Organized with the collaboration of Confitarma and Federpesca, the meeting saw among the speakers: Eugenio Sgrò, Focal Point Italia-IORA, Nicola Procaccini, MEP, Francesca Biondo, Director Federpesca, Valentino Giuliani representative of LazioInnova (cluster Blue Italian Growth), Abdul Rhaman Abdul Wahab, Professor of Computer Science, at the faculty of Information and Communication Technology of the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM).
It was an opportunity to talk about some issues related to the Blue Economy and in particular the regulatory sector on fishing.
