Blue Sea Land announces the dates of the twelfth edition which will take place in the usual setting of Mazara del Vallo, from 18 to 22 October next. The event, which has always been organized by the Blu Pesca e Crescita District, one of the member of IORA-Italy committee, has over the years found the approval and synergistic patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Ministry of Agricultural Policies and the Sicilian Region.

On the one hand, Blue Sea Land is a high-level international fair where institutions, associations, districts and companies exhibit their products or promote their activities within their own stands; on the other, the Expo provides numerous conferences, workshops, meetings and round tables to discuss environmental, economic and socio-cultural sustainability relating to territories and their economies.

Blue Sea Land promotes the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development and the paradigms of the Blue Economy and Circular Economy so that all countries can benefit from marine resources as a growth engine without damaging the quality of the marine environment and fish stocks.

The goal of Blue Sea Land is to facilitate meetings and dialogue between countries and promote cultural diversity not only at conferences, but also through the organization of numerous events that highlight the extraordinary peculiarities and common elements of all coastal communities. Considering the unique opportunities offered by such an event both from a diplomatic, economic and socio-cultural point of view, in past editions the event has acted as a driving force, registering the participation of numerous Italian and foreign personalities including Ministers, Ambassadors, Officials of Entities, Associations international and regional.
