The IORA Secretariat celebrates its 27th anniversary with a celebration which took place in Mauritius on Saturday 2 March. His Excellency Mr Prithvirajsing ROOPUN G.C.S.K, President of the Republic of Mauritius, also took part in the celebrations on the occasion, taking the opportunity to launch the new IORA website.
